Noah Smith ’15 is from Pasadena, California.

What DOC Trip are you leading this fall?

I am leading a flatwater canoeing trip on the Connecticut River.

What are you studying?

I am an English major with minors in French and studio art.

What DOC Trip did you go on?

Whitewater kayaking!

3 words that describe your first year at Dartmouth…

Tranformative. Exciting. Memorable.

Why are you excited for DOC Trips 2012?

I love making new friends & meeting new people!

The best or worst advice you received during your first-year at Dartmouth…

Worst: You don’t need gloves/jacket/pants at the snowball fight. (You do.)

What kind of animal would you want to be?

Leopard.

Favorite Dartmouth memory so far?

Too many to think of one.  But probably Green Key weekend!

The one item you forgot to pack when you came to Dartmouth…

Raincoat.

Your ideal Saturday afternoon at Dartmouth…

Going to the Dirt Cowboy with friends, relaxing, and napping before going out.
