What is your role for Trips 2015?

I am leading a canoeing trip.

What do you like to study?

If you went on a DOC Trip, which trip did you go on?

Mountain biking

What are 3 words that describe your first year at Dartmouth?

Fun, fast, challenging

What are you looking forward to for Trips 2015?

I really want to be able to serve as a mentor and a guide for my trippees. I’m excited to help incoming ’19s get comfortable starting their Dartmouth careers.

What were you most nervous or scared about before your own first-year trip (or if you didn’t go on a trip, before the start of your time at Dartmouth)?

I was definitely nervous about meeting new people that I didn’t know. Luckily, that turned out to be the best part of trips.

What is your favorite thing to eat on campus?

Bacon Bagel w/ Fries (Hop)

Tell us about a highlight of your time at Dartmouth so far.

Probably just meeting so many awesome people on my freshman floor and getting to be very close with a lot of them. I had a special floor in that more than half of us were extremely tight-knit with each other, and the resulting “family” feel of our floor was amazing.

What’s the most important item you forgot to pack when you came to move in?

A suit jacket

If you could go back to the beginning of your first year here and tell yourself one thing, what would it be?

I’d tell myself to branch out more and try to meet as many people as possible.
